A fresh version of the grilled rice in bamboo we were introduced to in Bangkok.  Really good, not very sweet but excellent snack on the side of the road.

The Buddha is in this Pagoda that sits atop a mountain at Preah Ang Thom.

Snake (yellow) and Deer (red), dried then grilled. The richness of the meat is intensified when dried, and a bit smokey and charred when grilled, the snake especially.
