We flew into Los Angeles and drove up the coast 100 minutes to Santa Barbara for a big celebration for my cousin's graduation from UCSB. Our first time in the area. Beautiful! This was the beginning of 8 days on the road seeing California before flying to Las Vegas for 4 nights.

I could not leave Santa Barbara without trying the famous local Sea Urchin, purchased here from Santa Barbara Fish Market. It was delicious, especially with a small blast of Ponzu. Everything here was amazing, Smoked Tuna, Uni, Poke, Yellowtail Sashimi.
